This paper introduces application of electroless nicked phosphorus plating technique in the geermu refinery of the qinghai petroleum company located in a pleteau section and analyzes the problems and phenomena occurring in the application of the technique in the plateau section 摘要介绍化学镀镍磷技术在青海油田格尔木炼油厂的实际生产应用，还对在高原地区实施化学镀镍磷工艺中的特殊现象和问题进行了总结。
